Disappointing service, mails ignored.I made a mistake on my online order. I needed to fix it, it was an expensive item.Try finding a mail address on the website - ….eventually you might find one hidden under the help section, Google also suggested one for their finance and sales depts.I mailed. Nothing. Chat option never got answered.Eventually a mail from ‘Jessica’ “unable to do anything, order has already been mailed”.No reply since, when I asked about return options.In this day and age and considering the money spent, that’s faceless, unacceptable, and suggests a sausage factory approach to churning out volume goods with no aftercare whatsoever

A very long overdue note of gratitude to Margaret Letteri of Cerrone Jewellers. She is indeed a diamond herself, with her years of expertise and ability to create a completely custom floating diamond ring which many jewellers were not able to commit to creating for me. Margaret and her team were meticulous in sourcing the perfect diamond for me, and the attention to detail in the drawings were a work of art itself. If you want quality pieces with excellent worksmanship and genuine fair pricing with no Instagram branding markup, Cerrone is the place to go. The Jeweller is centrally located and walking distance from St. James station. Would definately recommend booking with Margaret, you will not be dissapointed.

Had a great experience, props to Esmeralda. Came in knowing nothing about rings but had an idea of what I wanted it to look like. The entire process was very smooth, she explained things I wouldn't know about. They delivered on time, reasonably priced and very happy my fiance has a one of a kind custom ring.

Margaret made us feel so comfortable while we were shopping for our engagement ring. We were 100% sure that we were in the right place when we spoke to her - we had other places lined up to visit the same day, but we didn't even bother with the rest. We were confident with our decision, were not pressured at all, and they guided us through our silly questions & pointed out some things for us to consider that we hadn't thought about. They worked extra hard and were super flexible with us, which we really appreciated. I would trust Margaret and Cerrone again and again!

Esmeralda at Cerrone’s Sydney CBD boutique is truly one of a kind. I submitted an online enquiry early on a Sunday morning 2 years ago. Within a few hours, Esmeralda had phoned me to follow up. I met Esmeralda in person and instantly felt that I was in good hands. Since then, I have had two custom pieces made with Esmeralda. She is always helpful, goes above and beyond to source the diamonds (even coloured diamonds) and jewellery that you’re after, and is never short of ideas with designs. She isn’t pushy and really seeks to understand your brief. Esmeralda, I really appreciate your continued patience and understanding throughout each of the processes. You are delightful to work with and I will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you for all of your help.
