My partner and I went in over 3 weeks ago for an appointment to look at wedding rings. The receptionist was welcoming. There was not much on display that would make a set with my engagement ring which was also purchased here, so we needed to discuss a custom design. The consultant was not friendly or warm at all, they were unhelpful and difficult to get information from. At the end of the consult, they said they would send us a quote and confirmed our contact information - we still haven't received the quote.

My husband gave me a beautiful rose gold and white gold cross from Cerrone for Christmas 2024. The craftmanship, intricacy and quality of this piece was off the scales. Further, I then ordered a white gold chain to go with the cross. Cerrone (especially Bryan) were exceptionally helpful and through a series of consultations via text and email, I selected a chain which was mailed to me securely and promptly. The whole process was seamless and positive. Items are beautifully encased and wrapped as well so perfect for gift-giving. I highly recommend Cerrone for not only the gorgeous jewellery but the polite and attentive customer service and attention to detail.

However, I have previously attempted to resolve this issue by speaking directly with someone who identified themselves as part of the management team. Unfortunately, despite multiple conversations, the situation remains unchanged.For a more efficient review and to ensure that all details are considered, I would prefer to forward the email exchanges between myself and your consultant C. This may provide a clearer picture of the ongoing issue.*Could you please provide me with your direct email address, or alternatively, an appropriate contact where I can send this information for your review and action?###############################################I have been a loyal customer of Cerrone, drawn by previous positive experiences. However, my recent visit to the Leichhardt store was incredibly disappointing. The consultant C, was unprofessional and unresponsive to my needs. She seemed unaware of the different shades and colors of blue sapphires, which is surprising for someone in such a prestigious jewelry store.She struggled with basic computer tasks to look up for customer's information, and intentionally ignored my questions multiple times. When I raised a complaint, no one responded, and consultant C even accused me of wasting her time not to make a quick call to purchase, ROFL! This experience was frustrating and ridiculous. I expected much better from Cerrone.I suggest visiting the city store instead; the consultants there are much more professional and willing to look up information to cater to customers' needs, unlike the lazy attitude I encountered at Leichhardt with the consultant C.

The jewellery quality is very nice, second to none, and I've been shopping here for many years. It can get extremely busy on the weekends and sometimes not possible to be served as engagement ring appointments are prioritised, so go during the week if you can. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
