However, my recent visit to the Leichhardt store was incredibly disappointing. The consultant C, was unprofessional and unresponsive to my needs. She seemed unaware of the different shades and colors of blue sapphires, which is surprising for someone in such a prestigious jewelry store.She struggled with basic computer tasks to look up for customer's information, and intentionally ignored my questions multiple times. When I raised a complaint, no one responded, and consultant C even accused me of wasting her time not to make a quick call to purchase, ROFL! This experience was frustrating and ridiculous. I expected much better from Cerrone.I suggest visiting the city store instead; the consultants there are much more professional and willing to look up information to cater to customers' needs, unlike the lazy attitude I encountered at Leichhardt with the consultant C.
