The Everest by Cerrone – The World’s Most Valuable Turf Race Trophy
The TAB Everest is the world’s richest horse race on turf. On Saturday, 19th October 2019 History will be made as twelve of the world’s best sprinters will compete for $14 million dollars in prize money. Cerrone is proud to have once again partnered with Racing NSW to design and create the world renowned winning trophy. The iconic masterpiece was designed by Nic Cerrone and his team at Cerrone HQ.
The base has been crafted to replicate the actual Everest mountain in Nepal, while the race horse comprises approx. 550ct of black diamonds, 32ct of white diamonds and two rubies for eyes.
The 2019 Everest Carnival will commence on Saturday, 19th October and reaches new heights with the addition of Australia’s second richest race, The Golden Eagle. Set across both Royal Randwick & Rosehill Gardens, the Everest Carnival will once again put Sydney on the world stage hosting a stellar eight weeks of world-class racing from September to November.
